What suspect diagnosis with abrupt excruciating pain?
biliary colic, ureteral colic, MI, perforated ulcer, AA.
Cholecystitis is what pain location?
upper abdomen, upper right, might have biliar colic associated with gallbladder.
Appendicitis is what location of pain?
periumbicular and moves to lower right qandrant.
Gradual onset of pain is r/t what disorders?
hepatitis, cholesystitis, apeendicitis
rapid onset of pain and constant is what dx?
pancreatitis, ectopic pregnancy.
Pain with intermittent free interval is what dx?
small bowel obstruction and IBD or IBS
upper midline pain is associated with what disorder?
ulcer, pancreatitis (higher towrds chest could be MI)
Left lower abdomen pain?
diverticulosis, IBS or IBD, ecoptic pregnancy
Right upper quandrant pain?
hepatitis, gallbladder,
lower right quandrant pain?
ureteral colic - kidney stones? appendcititis
