A

Ju syndrome are soft masses and masses that come and go. (insubstantial)

Ji syndromes are fixed, firm, hard and painful.(substantial)

How does improper diet lead to Ab Mass?

A
  • greasy, sweet, fried food and alcohol create damp environment in body
  • Damp disrupts the SP fx
  • Phlegm will form
  • Phlegm blocks Qi and Blood
  • COLD and RAW food can cause contraction restricting Qi and Blood, causing blood stasis
