Which gram -ve bacteria is associated with the majority of peptic ulcers? What is the treatment if test is positive for this infection?

Helicobacter Pylori. 
Treatment is eradication of H.Pylori using triple therapy:
-A double dose of PPI (20mg omeprazole)
-Clarithromycin 
-Amoxicillin or Metronidazole
