Peel and dice the onion.
Zwiebel schälen und würfeln
Peel the carrots and cut them into slices.
Karotten schälen und in Scheiben schneiden
Peel and roughly dice the potatoes.
Kartoffeln schälen und grob würfeln.
Fry the onion in oil until it’s golden brown.
Zwiebel in Öl goldgelb anbraten
Then add the carrots and potato cubes and
steam it together.
Dann Karotten und Kartoffelwürfel dazugeben und
mitdünsten.
Pour in the vegetable broth. Season with salt,
pepper and marjoram and let it simmer for 20
minutes.
Mit Gemüsebrühe angießen. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und
Majoran würzen und etwa 20 Minuten köcheln
lassen.
Cut the sausages into slices.
Würste in Scheiben schneiden.
Stir the soup.
Suppe umrühren.
Wash the parsley, shake it dry and cut it finely.
Petersilie waschen, trocken schütteln und fein
schneiden.
Garnish the soup with the sausages and parsley
and serve it.
Suppe mit Würstchen und Petersilie garnieren und
servieren.
