- The primary goal is to break away from broken dopaminergic addictions. To grow. To overcome my fears and limitations. To build the person I want to see.

I immediately recognize and reward myself internally for performing the correct action. Keyword Immediately. I use my internal monologue as well. This is essential for rewiring my brain to actions I love and care about.

- Everything is an impulse. I observe, let them flow, and select the ones aligned with myself and reward and celebrate.

- While Identifying the most beneficial sequence, I identify any blocks, whether fear, or anxiety, and process them accordingly so that I can proceed with my actions.

- I love to identify the most beneficial sequence of actions and like to perform them.

- I maintain my internal monologue. I slow down to maintain it and positively reward myself.

- I love the craft. And I find details that let me love the craft even more. The one who loves running for the sake of running will run further

- I give myself all to my action. Finding all the details and all the love.

- I maintain my journal. Review everyday. I make note of awesome achievements.

I love and keep track of my current projects. Current projects are:
1. Addiction separation.
2. Catching observing impulses.
3. Creating time blocks where I work 3hours a day.

Every incorrect action takes away from the correct action. I prefer and love to perform the correct action.

I teach myself to love the action and subject I am working on. I acknowledge all it’s value, and applaud myself for performing the correct action.

I observe and direct my thoughts to the correct subjects. We are our thoughts. I can’t completely quiet the mind and suggester. I can redirect it to the most important subjects.
