Action: Bring it back and focus on the breath and “Now” mindful meditation.
Reward: Relief from intrusive thoughts.
Program 02 - 5 second rule
5 Second Rule
Cue: Need to Get Work Done But Haven’t Started
Action: 5 Second Rule - Count 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, and take action.
Reward: Personal Satisfaction that I am taking action and the task and becoming an action oriented person.
Program 03 - 5 minutes of work
5 Minutes of Work
Cue: Task that needs to get finished but haven’t started.
Action: 5 Minutes Only. I can do 5 minutes of anything.
Reward: Personal Satisfaction that I am taking action and the task has been started.
Program 04 - “Become air” meditation.
Be Water. Be Air. Let Unnecessary Thoughts and Feelings Pass Through You.
Cue: Extraneous Unnecessary Thoughts.
Action: Let it flow through me like a rock passing through water or air.
Reward: Relief from intrusive thoughts. Outcome of staying in the moment.

Cue: I am facing a difficult task / I get a craving to eat, buy something, perform an action that’s purely for a dopamine jolt.
Action: Meditation on “I Can Think. I Can Wait. I Can Fast”
Reward: Personal Happiness knowing I have conquered a tiny piece of myself.

Cue: I feel I am losing my sense of urgency / Have lost motivation for an action / Think I have free time with nothing to do.
Action: Think what is my purpose / What path have I chosen / Why am I doing this / What excites me / Remember my goals
Reward: Jolt motivating to work / Remembering Purpose

Action: Place a deadline on it / Work Faster / Devote your full attention on the matter.
Reward: Finishing projects much faster / full engagement.

Cue: Have an Idea, thought, someone tells me a valuable piece of information.
Action: Write Everything Down in Notebook.
Reward: Peace of mind that the task is written / A log for actionable items so that I never forget.
