When must Lawyer withdraw from Client representation?*
1) Lawyer knows/should reasonably know
2) Client’s purpose of ‘merely’ harassing/maliciously injuring someone by;
- Bringing action
- Conducting defence
- Asserting petition
- Taking other steps
NOT if withdrawal will prejudice Client
What do Client and Lawyer make decisions on?*
