- Supportive care: transfusie, groeifactoren
- Immuunsuppresieve therapie: anti-thymocyt globuline, cyclosporine-A
- Intensieve chemotherapie: volgens AML protocol
- Ziektemodulerende middelen: Azacitidine, Lenalidomide, luspatercept
