A

Conduct preliminary investigation and should request a secondary supervisor to observe indicators of impairment to confirm reasonable suspicion.
Contact IAB immediately to coordinate transport of employee to without delay to IAB office unarmed.
Complete reasonable suspicious document provided by IAB.
Contact on call PEAP supervisor to follow up with employee.
Based in RS document it will be determined that employee will be required to submit to evidentiary test. Drugs blood, urine, or hair.
Upon completion of sample collection employee will be released to a supervisor in their chain of command.
