What particular skills have you got that contribute to team working?
I am a positive person and can identify when people are struggling, I am Patient and am good at sharing my experience to help others understand and learn.

When a new member joins your team, how do you welcome them?
I delegate a few small jobs to them, have meetings, explain the goal and ‘check in’ reguarly.
What are the key aspects of an effective team ?
- Clear objectives
- Balanced roles
- Effective processes
- Good communication
- Support and trust.
How would you deal with a member of the team who is negative towards a particular task and is disruptive ?
I would speak to the team member on a one to one basis and ask if they’re is anything wrong. I would air my though and see if they understand why and what we are doing. This could be escalated to a line manager for further review.

What current challenges is Covid and/or Brexit bringing to Teamworking?
Disjointed , not face to face meeting, limited connection and meetings
Can you tell me about a time you resolved a conflict in a team?
My client and their contractor had conflicts due to the clients demanding nature and overbearing. I informed the client that to maintain relationships, it might be best to let me liaise with the contractor directly to raise concerns that may occur, referencing the pre start meeting and the contract.
What makes successful teamwork?
Communication is crucial and having a shared understanding of the goals.

What is unconscious bias and how would you manage it ?
Unconscious bias (or implicit bias) is often defined as prejudice or unsupported judgments in favour of or against one thing, person, or group as compared to another, in a way that is usually considered unfair. As a result of unconscious biases, certain people benefit and other people are penalised.
What is The Equality Act 2010 ?
The Equality Act 2010 legally protects people from discrimination in the workplace and in wider society. It replaced previous anti-discrimination laws with a single Act, making the law easier to understand and strengthening protection in some situations.
What are the equality act protected characteristics ?
The characteristics that are protected by the Equality Act 2010 are:

* marriage or civil partnership (in employment only)
