IndiGo has started the first phase of CBTA (Competency-based training & assessment) implementation. CBTA is aimed at development of defined competencies during
training and checks. This ensures better preparation of pilots to manage potentially dangerous situations including rare events in flight.
The following competencies constitute the IndiGo competency framework:
