The Details tab is useful for troubleshooting. The Compatibility tab can be used to run the program in a compatibility mode & adjust the display settings

What does a concurrent license mean?
Software can be used by a set number of users at a time
if a company purchases a concurrent license for 10 users, only up to 10 users can access and use the software at any given time.

Granting access to software via network servers for authorized users
