Window of Circandian Low

commencing at home base: must not be shorter than 36 hours including 2 local nights

FDP extension limitation?
when FDP with extension start in the period 2200 to 0459, FDP is limited to 11h45
Max FDP reduces by 30mins for each sector from 3 sector onward with a maximum of 2 hours
if FDP start in WOCL, FDP reduces 100% of encroachement, Max 2hrs
if FDP ends in WOCL or fully encompass, FDP reduces by 50% of its encroachements
Positioning
all time spent positioning count as duty
so it is taken into account for minimum rest
