Conciseness is saying what you want to say in the fewest possible words without sacrificing the other C qualities. a concise message mentions all of the points in a simple and short manner
Consideration
Consideration means preparing every message with the message receiver in mind.
Don’t loose your temper.
Don’t accuse.
Don’t charge them without facts
be poliet and professional.
Concreteness
Communicating concretely means being specific, definite, and vivid rather than vague and general.

Clarity
Getting the meaning from your head accurately to the reader is the purpose of clarity.
core of clarity is the sentence. Important characteristics to consider are:
Length
Unity
Coherence
Emphasis
Courtesy
your message should be poliet, friendly and professional.
Correctness
make sure your msg is correct and accurate grammatically
