Q

Attitudes

A

An attitude is an evaluation of something

For something to be an established attitude, it must meet three criteria:
An evaluation of something: You assesssomething and decide how you feel about it
Can be on a continuum

Settled and stable: Although attitudes can change, they are generally permanent
The stronger the attitude, the harder it is to change the attitude

Learnt through experience
E.g. For example, if youate a pizza with pineapple on it and decided you hated it, you would have developed a negative attitude towards pineapple on pizza
