Yes - with court’s permission. Net proceeds to secured creditor. (Plus possibly more if shortfall.)

Can an administrator sell floating charge property?
Yes - but floating charge holder has same rights over the proceeds.
Who can challenge an administrator’s actions?

What is the order of payment of administrator’s expenses?
Expenses incurred in proper performance of administrator’s functions
Costs of any security provided by the administrator (i.e. their bond)
* Costs of the applicant or appointor in appointing an administrator
Costs of statement of affairs and any statements of concurrence
Administrator’s necessary disbursements (out of pocket expenses)
Remuneration of any persons authorised to perform services for the company
* Administrator’s remuneration and approved pre-appointment costs
Any corporation tax due on chargeable gains when realising assets
NB: If there are insufficient assets to meet all of the expenses in full, the court can vary this order of priority and make such order as it thinks just
How is remuneration fixed in an administration?
The basis of remuneration is determined by:
The creditors committee
Failing which, a decision of the creditors
UNLESS: the administrator has made. a statement that the company has insufficient property to enable a distribution to be made to unsecured creditors other than by virtue of the prescribed part:
In which case only the approval of each secured creditors; plus
[where a distribution has been or is to be made to them] a decision of the
preferential creditors
Can apply to court if not approved or insufficient

A statement of pre-administration costs must be included in the administrator’s proposals
