What is the difference between a prokaryotic and eukaryotic cell?

A prokaryote does not contain a nucleus in its cell at all, and also only has one organelle, which is a ribosome.
A eukarytoic cell does contain a nucleus in its cell always, and also has tons of organelles, including ribosomes, golgi, vacuole, etc.
