check for victims, evidence and hold scene for field officer, proper response by proper # of units, modify code or not, notify dispatch of all OK, unneeded units back in service

What is the process if priority 3,4, and 5 calls go passed queue?
30 minutes, notify ECD Sgt, if unreasonable notify ECD LT, ECD LT will contact patrol SGT/LT to fix it
When can officers take a lower priority call over a higher priority call?
Their proximity to a call is so close it necessitates they take it.
Who is responsible for a call after a supervisor approves a primary unit to attend another more pressing/flagged down call?
The approving supervisor

Patrol Desk Unit, TSU, WEB COP
