- STIFF NECK (Qi is obstructed bc of wind)
- AVERSION TO COLD
- NO SWEATING (cold contracts the pores)
- Sneezing (LU can’t diffuse Qi in nose)
- Runny nose (white discharge) (can’t transform fluid in nose)
- Body aches
- Fever
Pulse: FLOATING AND TIGHT (tight from cold)

- Sneezing (LU can’t diffuse Qi in nose)
- Aversion to wind
- Slight fever (struggle btw exterior wind + body Qi)

- CONSTIPATION + DRY STOOLS (heat injures body fluids, leads to dry intestines)
- High Fever worse in PM
- Thirst
- Profuse sweating - sweating on limbs
- Abdominal fullness + pain
- Dark Urine
Pulse: DEEP + FULL + SLIPPERY + RAPID (fire is deeper in body)
Tongue: Red w/ thick dry yellow coat

- Bitter taste
- Blurred vision

Pulse: Deep + weak + slow (cold slows the pulse)
