For a locally connected printer that is not able to be found, what do you do?
- Assign the printer a valid IP, subnet mask, gateway, and DNS server
- Join the network with the right SSID and password
- Power off, wait 10 seconds, and power back on

To release printing memory (on any sort of connection)

What should you do if you hear a grinding noise?
Check the printer for debris, paper tracks, and multiple pieces of paper being pulled through

Ink or toner running out

A software issue

Draft output mode
What do white stripes in laser printers indicate?
An issue with the toner cartridge or drum
What does a uniform white stripe on the page indicate in a laser printer?
A problem with the drum
What do black stripes indicate?
That the primary charge is dirty or damaged, or the high voltage power supply to the developer unit is malfunctioning
How can you fix the black stripe issue?
By troubleshooting the corona wire or replacing the drum and toner cartridge
How do you fix a speckling output?
Clean the printer using an approved toner vacuum
What do vertical or horizontal lines indicate?
Dirty feed rollers or a dirty photosensitive drum
What should you do if the toner is not fusing?
Check the voltage of the fuser and get the proper input voltage
What does a double/ghost image indicate?
