30 years old male, hx of drug abuse visit clinic weekly with exagerated symptoms and when no one observing symptoms appears to be revealed

malingering - factitious disorder first one is intentional to get prescribed drugs, avoiding lawsuits, …etc while factitious is to gain empathy both are falsification of symptoms but with different intentions While somatic disorder, they complain of multiple symptoms with labs&investigations showing nothing
