- Denial of hr, abuse
- No legal protection, no rt to vote
- Education, employment, heath care, marriage

5 risk of radicalization - No passport or any legal right. Sign a contract, buy property, start a civil case
- Forced displacement bcoz of lack of documents
- Detention based on illegal residence.
Children will remain stateless

Double nationality and nationality of married women
- Due to conflicting laws, situation could arise
- Ex. Women married to foreign national, children born when parents in foreign country
- Hague convention of 1930 made an attempt to remove double nationality acquired in consequence of war
Art 3-6, art 5 : such a person may be treated by a 3rd state as if he has only one nationality - Art 8-11 —-: deals with removal of difficulty of double nationality of married women, as per the principles acquire nationality of husband
- But as per convention on nationality of married women 1957- women has equal rights with me on to acquire, change or retain their nationality. Nationality of husband will not be forced upon
