Using the balance method, inverse operations to rearrange letters on one side of the =sign + numbers on the other.

Integers, fractions, decimals or negatives.

Expand the brackets first.

Relationship between 2 or more variables (letters). Can substitute values to find unknown value.

Same way as an equation.
