D : - 375-750mg BD (Max 4g daily)
C : - This medication is to treat your infection
- Take as directed by your doctor for the duration directed
- This medication is best taken with food
- Swallow this tablet whole (Do not crush of chew tablet)
- Side effects you may notice: diarrhoea, C.Diff, Serum Sickness-Like Syndrome
- Serum Sickness-Like Syndrome : skin eruptions, athralgia/arthiritis (May last 6-12 days - full recovery usually after stopping medication)

- Stop taking medication and see your doctor if you develop diarrhoea
- Check with your doctor/pharmacist before taking ant antidiarrhoeals
- Side Effects include : C.DIFF (diarrhoea), Hepatotoxicity

- Side Effects include : Infantile Hypertrophic Pyloric Stenosis
- Tell you doctor if your baby develops vomiting or is irritable when feeding
- Other side effects include : diarrhoea, abdominal pains and cramps, C.Diff, Prolong QT Interval

- Take with a full glass of water on an empty stomach (1 hour before or 2 hours after food) unless if upsets your stomach, then take with food
- This medication interacts with a lot of other medications : Let your doctor and pharmacist know if you are taking other medications or start any medications whilst on this. (OTC and prescription)

- This medication is best absorbed on an EMPTY STOMACH, at least 15mins before food : If it makes you feel sick, take it with food
- Crushed tablets may increase roxithromycin conc over tablets swallowed whole - increase risk of side effects

D : 200-400mg BD - TDS (Max 4g daily)
C : - This medication is to treat your infection
- Take as directed by your doctor for the duration as directed by your doctor
- Take with a full glass of water
- Take tablets with food to reduce stomach upset (Liquid is best absorbed on an empty stomach)
- This medication may make you feel dizzy or confused - do not drive or operate machinery if affected
- Avoid alcohol during treatment and for 24 hours after finishing course - can cause nausea, vomiting, flushing, headache, palpitations
- Stop taking medication immediately if you develop numbness, tingling, pain or weakness in hands or feet
- Side Effects : Nausea, Metallic Taste, Furry Tongue, CNS effects (headache, dizziness)
