Criteria for determining if there needs to be trading discretion or not
Client Must tell you ALL of these things otherwise you need discretion
1) Buy or Sell
2) EXACT Amount (either # of shares OR $ amount –can be one or the other–)
3) which SECURITY (A Specific Security not general industry)
