  1. lower plate must be flush against backboard
  2. mandibular typodont placed and seated evenly
  3. maxillary typodont placed
  4. loosen upper knob and back knows (make sure bottom is tight)
  5. hold occlusion together
  6. make sure condyle in fossa
  7. after occlusion, place condyles in fossa and tighten knobs
  8. confirm centric

  2. right button, torso tip all way down
  3. left trap as far as possible
