Q

how do nurture and nature interact?

A

research shows that BOTH factors interact to shape human development.
NATURE provides genetic “instructions” that we inherit at conception, and they provide a “blueprint” for the development of our psychological characteristics.
NURTURE occurs when the environment interacts with the inherited potential and based on the “blueprint”, it determines how the genetic plan unfolds and turns out.
