What is the law of reflection?
A
The angle of incidence is equal to eh angle fo reflection, the incident and reflected rays and the normal are all in the same plane.

What happens when a wave reflects off a fixed end?
A
Reflected pulse inverse, when it reaches the fixed end it pulls upwards at the fixed end. By Newtons third law there is downward force on the rope that creates the inverted pulse.

What happens when a wave reflects off a free end?
A
The reflected pulse does not invert.
