Engine Fire EP
Emergency decent if possible. Prepare for OEI (slow down) Throttle to idle FIRE switch ARM (confirm eng out) about 50 sec Fire bottle to Main.....Fire Reserve if needed or installed N-ESS Bus to OVRD ON as needed amps within limits? Land ASAP
XMSN OIL HOT LIGHT (RED)
verify fault
Land ASAP
XMSN OIL Pressure light (RED)
verify fault
Land ASAP
ROTOR BRAKE LIGHT (RED)
verify handle up and latched
land ASAP
HYD 1 or HYD 2 hot message
verify P and T
AC-off
If message remains illuminated land as soon as practical.
If temperature continues to rise
Turn off affected HYD sys
Land ASAP
Max temp 120c
HYD 1 or HYD 2 pressure message
HYD switch affected system off
Land ASAP normal pressure 1250-1800 Typically 1500
MAST CHIP light
T/R CHIP light
L or R XMSN CHIP light
(any chip other than Eng chip) yellow messages
Power reduce
if not burned off
Land ASAP
Eng Oil pressure or Temperature message….(RED)
below 20 psi
power reduce
check oil pressure
SD affected eng if necessary
Land ASA Practical
FUEL 1 PRESS or FUEL 2 PRESSURE (RED) light
Altitude reduce if practical
prepare for possible eng failure
land as soon as Practical
XMSN OIL PRESS or HOT light (RED)
below 25 psi or above 110c
power-reduce
verify fault
LAND ASAP
any CD inop (eng Xmsn, TR etc….) yellow message
land as soon as practical
ENG 1 OR 2 CHIP message (yellow)
Eng has no burnoff capability
power reduce
SD eng if necessary or practical.
Land as soon as practical
FWD XFR PUMP message (yellow)
FWD XFR switch—NORM or OFF if sys 1 less than 285lbs
or
FWD XFR switch OPEN as needed (up to 150lbs unuseable trapped)
DUAL GEN message (RED)
or
GEN 1 or 2 message (yellow)
attempt restore (RESET) Generator(s)
not restored–leave OFF
N-ESS and or BUS INTCON “OVRD ON” and CTR DU OVRD ON if DUAL gen failure
land as soon as practical
