Why is the Y-junction area still a potential crushing hazard even after the power is shut down?
it has sections of the track that are hydraulically operated and electrically actuated.

2nd floor of the Skyway Control Center
There will be no operator on-duty at the Skyway Control Center from
2330 Friday night until 0400 Monday morning.
