Mental Illness

The physical indications of disease or injury, an illness that can be recognized by any observer such as patients, doctors, other health care professionals, and other people l.e., law enforcement. Generally, the sign means a physical mark of something (street sign, signature etc.) but in medical science, signs are the physical manifestation of a disease/illness that may be observed by anyone i.e., a sign is what you are seeing from the individual when you arrive on scene and interact with the individual.
Mental health signs
