A

Min(base, max(0.057, FICA tax)). FICA tax is set at 5.7% currently

Replace 5.7% based on integration level:
TWB – 5.7%
80% - 100% TWB 5.4%
Max(20%TWB, 10000) – 80% TWB 4.3%
