A
Acute spinal cord trauma
Anaphylaxis
Bronchodilator for unresponsive asthma

Contraindication
A
Premature infants
Systemic fungal infections
Use with caution with GI bleeding

Adult dose
A
Acute spinal cord trauma: 30 mg/kg IV over 30 minutes
Followed by infusion of 5.4mg/kg/h
Asthma/COPD/anaphylaxis: 1-2 mg/kg IV

Acute spinal cord trauma: 30 mg/kg IV over 30 minutes
Followed by infusion of 5.4mg/kg/h
Asthmaticus/anaphylaxis: 2 mg/kg dose IV/ IO/IM (60mg max)
