Circumspection-pre-emption-control (CPC) cycle

A

We examine the propositional constructs that we have, which would be the most appropriate. At the pre-emptive phase, we weed out constructs that are less likely to succeed. We have reduced constructs available. We seriously consider remaining constructs and go with the one that will likely succeed.
