During a period of members license being suspended what type of Department Vehicles can they drive?

  1. During the period of suspension, revocation, etc., the affected members shall not be allowed to
    drive any Department vehicles. Members shall comply with Section 13.4.20 of the Regulations.
    REGULATIONS 13.4.20
    Members whose driver’s licenses have been suspended, revoked, expired, or in any way considered invalid, shall not drive any Department vehicles. Such members shall forward a report to the Chief of Personnel, with all relevant information within one week of such occurrence.

  1. Reports received at Personnel will be verified, stamped approved, and returned to the units. Until such time as the approved report is returned to the unit, the affected member shall not be allowed to drive a Department vehicle.
