A

-Located in left upper quadrant, or mid-epigastrium

-Commonly radiates to back
Cullens/Grey Turner spots: result from seepage of blood stained exudate from the pancreas

- Grey Turner spots-bluish flank discoloration
- Cullen’s sign: bluish periumbilical discoloration
