Q

Multi-way:

A

bet strong TP+. We need at least BDFD/BDSD+2 overcards, or BDFD+BDSD+1 overcard to bluff, 1/3 pot.

Q

HU vs. raise:

A

call any over-card+BDFD, naked gutter, or any pair on most boards. Exceptions would be highly interactive boards. We should fold more here vs. the raise. These situations need to be assessed on a case-by-base basis.

Q

Turn

HU:

A
  • Barrel with strong TP+, gutters/straight draws/flush draws, 1/2 pot. We recommend alternating bluff aggression in this line between B-B-B and B-X-B. Favor betting with your more equity driven bluffs.
  • Checking TP on flush close turns is a heuristic you may use. It protects us from potentially being in a spot where bet-calling TP is too thin vs most players.
  • X with value weaker than strong top pair

Turn

HU vs. stab (after we X):

Q

HU vs. raise:

A

Do not bet-fold top pair+ vs. jam when SPR is low (100bb stack depth). With depth, villain is less likely to be merging and in general we’ll need significant value domination to call. Profile exceptions apply (fish)
