backed up interstitial fluid accumulating that causes swelling in tissues with enlarges certain limbs

cant manufacture plasma proteins, which leads to decreased of colloid osmotic pressure

A
excess fluid in air sacks of lungs causing fluids to get backed up in the pulmonary capillaries

some lymphatic vessels can be damaged or removed, there will be no place where fluids can drain

A
fluids leak out during hydrostatic pressure at the ateriol end, gravity can cause the fluid to make its way down to the lower limbs
