What is an eyepiece graticule?
A
A glass disc is placed in the eyepiece of a microscope, with a scale etched into it. the scale cannot be used directly to measure an object under the objective lens because each objective lens magnifies to a different degree.

1) line up the eyepiece graticule and the stage micrometer
