To do with concepts of beauty and taste and it should contribute to the five senses. It includes surface finish , texture and colour

Whether the product is recyclable or reused materials

The ease of sourcing and purchasing of a product

When materials or products are brought in large quantities they usually cost less per unit than buying just a few . This is because the costs of setting up the manufacturing are the same no matter how many are made

Cost of raw materials, manufacturing costs ,packaging and distribution and sellers cost

The social responsibility aka whether a product is recyclable

Whether or not it is sensitive to cultural influences

Shear forces act across a material by acting near to one another but not directly opposite each other. Scissors and garden shears when cutting grass

Bending forces act at an angle to an object and make it bend . Placing too many books on a shelf can make it bend

Torsion forces are twisting forces that are applied to an object . Twisting a cap off of a water bottle
