- Hyper-prolactinaemia
- Metabolic (weight gain, DM)
- Orthostatic Hypotension (fall)
Clozapine ADR + CI
Agranulocytosis, CI with Carbamazepine
Triptans ADR (3)
- Serotonin Syndrome
- Pressure on chest, Nausea
- CVS conditions
Mirtazapine ADRs (2)
- Somnolence / Sedation
- Weight gain
TCA serious ADRs (3)
- CVS problems (avoid)
- Serotonin syndrome
- Seizure
SSRI / SNRI ADRs (4)
- Nausea
- Sexual dysfunction
- Anticholinergic / sedation

Madopar CI (2)
- Pregnancy
- Acute close angle glaucoma
Madopar ADRs (4)
- Orange sweat, urine
- N/V , drowsiness

Dopamine agonists ADR (compared to Madopar)
- More hallucination
- less motor complications
MAO-Bi
cannot use with SSRI/SNRI, TCA, dextromethorphan, phenylephrine, dopamine, tyramine
COMTi
must use with concurrent levodopa
NMDAs (Amantadine, memantine) ADR
- Livedo reticularis (net-like, purple discolouration of skin)
- Hallucination, confusion, dizziness
Acetylcholinesterase inhibitor ADR (2)
- Bradycardia
- N/V/D
BZD CI
concurrent use with opioids, alcohol
MAOi
wash out period of 14 days with other serotonergic agents
