- take with food
- stay hydrated

GI red flags questions (5)
- Difficulty chewing, swallowing, speaking (dysphagia, odynophagia)
- Haematemesis (vomit blood)
- Melaena (black, tarry stools)
- Unintentional weight loss
- Nocturnal diarrhoea
