Demonstrate familiarity with PACFLT LOGCOP, the POL module within LOGCOP and the information that can be obtained via LOGCOP.

304 FUELS READINESS BRIEF
Demonstrate proficiency at maintaining and developing the Fuels Readiness Brief that includes the Fuels Metrics Dashboard (FMD).

305 COORDINATION SKILLS
Demonstrate proficiency at the following:
a. When and how to coordinate with DESC Pacific and field offices.
b. When and how to coordinate with the Sub Area Petroleum Offices.
c. When and how to coordinate with PACOM/Joint Petroleum Office.
.Major coordination with all DLA ENERGY Pacific, its field offices, PACOM/JPO and the SAPOs takes place during the PACOM Fuels Working Group/Board which is included in PACOM’s Battle Rhythm. During this event the components, DLA ENERGY, the SAPO and the JPO discuss energy issues, set priorities and develop mitigation plans for short falls.
Additionally, point-to-point coordination should take place directly with the effected office when question arise or events take place the affect the offices.
306 STANDING THE WATCH UNDER INSTRUCTION
Experience gained from standing the LRC Fuels Officer watch (under instruction) is invaluable in qualifying for the position. A minimum of five satisfactory watches must
be completed prior to being certified as an Apprentice. These may be stood during exercises or contingencies.
