This is a brain tonic and is aphrodisiac.
Among all the available oils, tila oil is considered the best for nourishing all the 7 dhatus of the body. It is useful as both food as well as medicine.

It stops recurrence of worms. It is diuretic, useful for retention of water (urine). Being diaphoretic , it is used in skin disorders; In doudenitis, also used in morphine addiction.
