- Hazardous recyclables
- Oilfield waste
- Hazardous Waste–> Small Quantities Exclusion
- TDG type p
Household waste is excluded because
may have the properties of hazardous waste but as long as it remains in the possession of the home owner or unsegregated in a municipal waste management system, it is considered exempt
Radioactive waste and Biomedical waste excluded because…
Regulated by other bodies (Atomic Energy Control Act and Regional Health Authority)
Type P waste
Still extremely dangerous but not regulated by WCR
