- determining acquisition strategy - continued market research and refinement of requirements
- developing an acquisition plan - address issues that may influence the RFP, Identify risks, Overview of source selection evaluation strategy
- a commitment to action - set socio-economic goals, consider Teaming Structure, Look at shared risk/rewards, Obtain Funding Approval
- Develop RFP (Request for Proposal) and SSP (Source Selection Process)
