Name 5 warnings from NATOPS

A
  • Swimmer shall not be required to enter the water for inanimate objects.
  • The hoist operator shall use heavy duty gloves during all rescue house operations
  • There shall be a hoist operator in the cabin if a swimmer is deployed
  • During the pick up phase. The PAC shall keep the survivor on the right side of the aircraft to allow the air crewman to complete the pick up.
  • The MK-25 shall not be launched in the hover because of the valve plug striking the aircraft or personnel
  • Prolonged overwater hovering with little to no headwind shall be avoided due to engine salt encrustation.
