16
Q

Did Grace have the authority to shut down the lifts

A

Yes

17
Q

Did Grace ever shut down the lifts

A

No

18
Q

Was the red flag ever waved during the first lifts

A

Yes, at around 3:10 PM, the workers found that a fire axe was missing.

19
Q

Who gave you the green flag after the second race of the red flag?

A

I am mostly sure that it was Grace, but I was focused on the roof.

20
Q

What happened after you hit the highest point of the lift

A

The low hydraulic warning light came on. As I was reaching for the back up hydraulics. The strut snapped. I slammed the airbag button as fast as I could. And the next thing I remember I was in the ER

21
Q

Why do you think that the crane collapsed

A

At first I had thought it was just the force of the wind. But if the squatter with the fire axe had chopped the hydraulic lines, that could have caused a collapse too
