Q

What were you concerned about late September

A

Emerson Turnkin, the site supervisor, had us lifting when the squatters were present. Sometimes, they would purposely walk under loads that could kill them without hard hats on. Then we had to hold the load until they left, putting a lot of extra stress on the Crane.

17
Q

What happened when you met with Zillias and Turnkin, expresssing your concerns

A

Zillias calmly told us to leave the squatters alone

18
Q

In January, 2012, was Zillias on site at all times

A

No

19
Q

In April 2012, what news did you receive

A

The completed panels weighed 2900 tons each
