Explain the difference between a balanced and unbalanced diet
A balanced diet contains a variety of food which provides all the nutrients in the correct proportions for the individuals needs. An unbalanced diet is eating to much fatty, salty and high in sugar food.

An individual with a BMI of 30+

An obese person has greater risk of?
Reproductive complications, asthma, sleep apnea, liver disease , back pain

Young adulthood - the body is unable to produce any insulin

Eating a balanced diet , monitoring glucose levels and injecting insulin

Abdominal pain, aches and pains, bloating, diarrhoea and nausea

Is an autoimmune response to gluten where villi in the small intestine is damaged by gluten reducing surface area so less nutrients are absorbed
